The 2012 Huntington School Services Convention provided a forum for Huntington franchisees, staff and corporate employees to discuss best practices, 2013 goals and initiatives, and more. Guest speakers at the Convention included Steve Pines, Executive Director of the Education Industry Association, and Earnestine T. Thomas, CEO and National Chairperson of the National Coalition of ESEA Title I Parents.
Huntington was one of the first supplemental education service providers to provide federally funded tutoring services to students at underperforming schools through the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
