Beautiful Bones: New Resources for Structural Healing
Join us for an experiential workshop on bone health! Learn how to foster bone resilience, practice yoga safely, and create calcium-rich meals from fitness and nutrition professionals. Leave with exercise techniques and plant-based recipes to use in your daily life. This workshop is appropriate for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
