This fitness program is for teens ages 12-15. Students can participate from 1-6 weeks and will be taught the basics of nutrition and diet as well as be given fun homework challenges with regard to their normal daily diets. In each custom workout, they will: 1) learn the mechanics of running, 2) be taught sport specific skills that will aid them in school athletics, 3) perform team drills; 4) play a variety of agility games; 5) be held accountable for themselves and each other; and 5) will go home exhausted yet encouraged to come back for more!
