World War II Veterans to Share Their Stories Tuesday at the Library

Three war heroes will be sharing their tales this evening.

Three men who fought in WWII will be speaking and sharing their stories on Tuesday evening at the Encino Tarzana Library.

Each will talk for roughly 15 minutes about their experiences in the trenches, after which they will take questions from the audience.

Ben Berger, 92, was the only Naval Officer with the Rangers when they attacked the Normandy Beach on D-Day. Dave Cohen, 88, was with the infantry unit that liberated the concentration camps. Art Sherman, 91, was a bombardier with the 15th Air Force and survived 13 bomb missions ...
