Small Business Fair

Hosting a free small seminar for business owners and entrepreneurs, City Councilman Paul Koretz and Jerome Horton, vice chair of the State Board of Equalization, will answer questions about state or federal tax laws on Thursday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. at the Encino Community Center.
