The owner of the location, Steven Ho, who runs three McDonald's restaurants along Ventura Boulevard, told Patch in an email that there will be a VIP reopening party on Feb. 2, from 5-7 p.m. The will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially reopen the restaurant.
On Feb. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the will perform, and Ronald McDonald himself will be in attendance, Ho said. There will also be a DJ, face painting and free food samplings.
A McDonald's on Devonshire Street in Chatsworth (not owned by Ho) reopened last week after a six-month hiatus for remodeling, and
