The editor of Encino-Tarzana Patch chatted with Erika Ampaya and Soledad Diaz of Mrs. Beasley's at the 'Taste of Encino' street fair on Sunday, and discovered that the popular local store (there's also a branch in Beverly Hills) has something new in stock for the holidays: two Halloween-themed cookies, one vanilla flavored, the other pumpkin and cinnamon.
