Memorial Day seems to be the unofficial start to summer. And summer means outdoor entertaining and barbecue gatherings.

A popular food item choice among grillers is tri-tip, which is a cut of beef that sits at the bottom of the sirloin. Not only does it have a great flavor, but also tends to be lower in fat than most other cuts, so it's a good lean cut. Some of the best tri tip is fount at your local Costco. In fact, mine are going on in about 30 minutes. Seasoned with some Montreal Seasoning and that's all it takes.
