What Would You Like to See in This Encino Storefront?

A restaurant or cafe? A bookstore? Let us know!

There is a retail space available for lease in the strip mall at 15928 Ventura Boulevard. The empty space used to be the home of Blue Star Jewelry and Gifts and is located next to Marcelle's Hair Studio.

The mall is also home to A Mother's Haven and El Rey Mexican Grill.

What would you like to see in this part of Encino? Is there anything you feel is missing? A pharmacy, another restaurant, or cafe?

BOOKSTORE!!!!!!! I am so sad and angered at the closing of B&N in Encino, and now I hear the Woodland Hills store will close soon too. I do not want to be a slave to my computer or pad in order to enjoy a book!

I am still in mourning over losing our Encino Barnes and Noble and our Hallmark store. That shopping strip mall has not been the same, it's actually a boring little strip mall now. If it wasn't for Starbucks, I probably wouldn't go there anymore. Bring back one a bookstore or a Hallmark in this area! BTW, I thought that the Hallmark store was slated to open up near Jerry's Deli in the old Fed Ex space. At least that's what I was told when they were closing. Guess that was false info.
