Do You Have Questions About the End of the World?

With the threat, panic and fear of the world coming to an end tonight at 6 p.m., about an hour from now, I thought I should set it straight that you and I are not going to die and go to heaven in about 60 minutes.  I feel sorry for the Oakland preacher, Harold Camping, who feels tonight's the night, as Rod Stewart would say. Well, it might be the night for something, but certainly not the end of the world.

Just as Y2K brought fear, many religious cults have their ideas of what is about to happen and when. The Mayan calendar ends in 2012 but that does not mean we are dying or blowing up next year. Spiritually, yes, we are going through a shift, a cleanse, a tilt of the planetary axis.  The earthquakes, floods, fires, famine, financial disasters, etc. have been predicted. Greed has to shift and the earth has to heal, balance and we have to get back to basics, to love and honor life again.  It is all part of a shift, not the end.

Ultimately, the only way I see this, and have spoken about this on my radio show since 1995, is that this is the end of the world as we know it...we are going more toward a world of peace, as God has intended earth to be.  I see the planet as a testing ground, the hell where we return to get it right. We visit, learn, have pain, challenges, obstacles, love. Why would babies be born only to die with no longevity?  If we are killing ourselves with technology, we need to balance spiritually and environmentally.  The planet itself is not going to just disappear.  No, we are not going to ascend into heaven within the next hour.

If we do, I will re-write this blog from a different perspective and in code, channeled from the other side.  But then, what difference would make?  Everyone in Encino would be in Heaven and we could just talk about the ascension together, right?  LOL

I do channel the spirits of people who have passed away.  I do communicate quite effectively with those who have crossed over.  Therefore, I do not know that I believe in 'heaven' per se; if heaven is supposedly light years away, how can I hear voices of the deceased so clearly and communicate messages to loved ones here on this plane for comfort and closure?  It's just another dimension.  The 4th dimension of life.  The afterlife.  

In the meantime, as I can hear the traffic travelling on the 101 and Ventura Blvd. in the distance, I highly doubt people are scrambling in fear for the last moments of their lives to get to a movie, buy Viagra for sex or to their favorite Cold Stone for ice cream.  It's a Saturday afternoon in the Valley.  Then it will be dusk and nightfall with a 3/4 moon hanging beautifully in the sky. As I've told all my friends who have asked what I think about the rapture...it's not going to rupture, call me on Sunday.  Enjoy the weekend.
