4.1 Earthquake Strikes Near Malibu, Shakes Felt in the Valley

An earthquake measuring 4.1 struck the Pacific Ocean near Malibu at 10:14 p.m. Tuesday evening, according to the Los Angeles Times, and my chair, which just shook.
