today at 8:40 a.m. for Birmingham Community Charter High School.
Weather
It'll be hot, but not sizzling, according to the National Weather Service. Expect patchy fog and clouds before 11 a.m., then gradual clearing, with high temperatures near 81 degrees. The low tonight should be about 57, with clear skies.
What's on the Calendar
Grandparents and Books (GAB) volunteers will be available at the Encino Tarzana Library today to read with children. Grandma Nancy will be reading from 1-3 p.m. and Grandma Rosemary will take over from 3-5 p.m.
