Ballet Barre Dance Academy is now Miss Melodee Studios

To celebrate the new ownership, management and name of the Ballet Barre location, Miss Melodee Studios will be celebrating with dancing and more at the Tarzana Safari Walk Street Fair on August 19.

Dance teacher and singer/songwriter Miss Melodee is bringing her brand to the dance academy at the Tarzana Village Shopping center. After ten years of teaching and performing in the greater San Fernando Valley, Miss Melodee is thrilled to finally have her own studio in Tarzana to inspire young dancers and artists.

To celebrate the new ownership of Ballet Barre, Miss Melodee will perform some of her popular songs during the Tarzana Safari Walk Street Fair on August 19 from noon until 3 p.m.  There will also be performances from some of the Miss Melodee Studios students including the Dance Intensive Campers and Pop Stars Campers.

Kids can also stop by to enjoy a 15 minute lesson with teachers.  New registration for the Fall 2012 season will be available for at discounted registration fees on Sunday August 19th between noon–3 p.m.  Miss Melodee studios will provide quality dance and fitness education for children from age 18 months and up to adults.

It only requires three students to start a class so if clients don’t see what they want, they can gather some friends and start a class. The studio currently provides instruction in ballet, rap, jazz, hip hop, theatre, yoga, and more.  The studio is also available for hourly rentals.

Miss Melodee Studios, 19729 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana. Tel: 818-344-5437.
