Changes to Mulholland Bridge Closure Schedule

Keep an eye on Metro.net for updates.

There are more planned changes to the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project.

According to the project's community relations officer Ron Macias, the full closure of the Mulholland Bridge has been postponed for now.

"The contractor will close one lane on the Mulholland Bridge," Macias said in an email, "and resume a flagging operation beginning tonight from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, where work crews will direct two-way traffic through one lane along the Mulholland Bridge."

"The flagging operation along the Mulholland Bridge will continue indefinitely until the nightly full closures of the Mulholland Bridge are scheduled again. The public will be informed of when the full closure of the Mulholland Bridge will resume for the on-going bridge abutment construction."
