Encino Library Has New Hours, Thanks to Prop. L

City library branches restore Monday hours.

The Encino Tarzana Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library has expanded its hours, as a result of the passage of Proposition L.

Proposition L, passed by voters in the March 8 election, increased the city library system's .

As of Monday, the new hours at the Encino Tarzana Branch are: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, from 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; closed Sundays and holidays.
