Encino to Become Part of LaBonge's 4th District?
New City Council maps released Wednesday propose a change in districting for several areas.
Los Angeles' Redistricting Commission made new proposals for 15 City Council seats Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Under the new guidelines, Encino, currently part of Councilman Paul Koretz's 5th District, would become part of Councilman Tom LaBonge's 4th District, according to the Times.
