Great Escape: Twilight Treasure Hunt in Santa Monica

Reconnect with your inner kid for an urban scavenger hunt adventure.

Escape to your kid at heart with a scavenger hunt.  No, this isn't the hunt you remember when you had to knock on a neighbor's door for a blue ribbon—this is big, urban and out of your neighborhood.

Join the adventure with Out of the Box Events on July 15 and 16 from 6 p.m.to 8 p.m. for a Twilight Treasure Hunt at the Santa Monica Pier and Palisades Park. There are six people per team so go single or as a couple to join a team—or make your own.  You'll be given clues to find the answers. Do you know what the Terminator and Forrest Gump have in common? When did the scantily clad California Girls take over the beach? Find hints to Santa Monica’s great gambling past, search for answers at the sites of magic movie moments, then discover the answer to a clue while flying high above the crowds in Santa Monica’s landmark Ferris wheel.  Win a special prize at the end!

Out of the Box Events organizes monthly public hunts, however, you can also build your own scavenger hunt for parties or business team building.  They can customize almost any location you desire.  The price varies according to the scope of the hunt. Just ask! Past scavenger hunts have included locations such as Hollywood, the Staples Center,  Disneyland, Venice Beach, Downtown Los Angeles, and the Magic Castle.
