First, boil your eggs, when they are cooled, peel and then follow this simple recipe. Make any variances for your own taste.

12 hard-cooked eggs
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tsp.  Mustard
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp.  sugar
1/8 tsp. paprika

Cut the eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well.

You can either scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the egg halves and sprinkle with paprika or for a fancier presentation, spoon the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Cut a small corner from the bottom of the bag; use to pipe filling into egg white halves, and sprinkle with paprika.

Remember this recipe for all the upcoming holidays. We'll keep it online forever!
