'The Hoff' Sells His Encino Home

The colonial-style residence sits on a manicured 1.5 acre lot.

David Hasselhoff, aka "The Hoff," has sold his home in Encino, according to Realty Today.

The home was first listed in November 2012 for around $3.7 million and was purchased for $2.9 million by the Knight Rider and Baywatch star in 1991, according to the report.

The single family colonial style residence sits on a manicured 1.5 acre lot. The double story residence spreads across an area of 8947 square feet, comprising of five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The home features marble, mixed, hardwood and bamboo flooring with paneled walls and high vaulted ceilings.

The home also has five fireplaces, a swimming pool, a private tennis court, a detached guest quarter and a five car parking garage.
