If your cat is still looking for the perfect outfit for Halloween, he or she could try or the Petco in Studio City, both of which sell Halloween outfits for dogs and cats, including angel outfits and sailor suits.
Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies in Encino has doggie Halloween costumes but no outfits specifically for cats. However, the smaller dog sizes could easily fit a kitty.
