6th ANNUAL HALLOWEEN CHARITY EVENT featuring Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, The Guild & Husbands

6th ANNUAL HALLOWEEN CHARITY EVENT featuring Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, The Guild & Husbands  Along
with DR. HORRIBLE, the evening portion will
include screenings of the 6th and final season of Felicia Day’s hit web
series, THE GUILD, and Season 3 of Brad Bell and Jane Espenson’s
ground-breaking web series, HUSBANDS. New this year is expanded
programming with afternoon
screenings of two feature films: Joss Whedon’s fan favorite, SERENITY,
and the new horror classic from Drew Goddard and Joss Whedon, THE CABIN
IN THE WOODS.

Proceeds from the
event will benefit Journey House a local non-profit organization that assists former foster youth with all
aspects of adult life.

Proceeds from the SERENITY
screening will benefit Equality Now [www.equalitynow.org] non-profit organization that works for the protection and promotion of human
rights of women and girls around the world.

In addition to the main fundraisers, the event will also host a canned food drive to benefit SOVA Community Food and Resource Program Screening attendees are encouraged to
bring non-perishable foods to donate.



Ticket prices are
$10 each for SERENITY and THE CABIN IN THE WOODS. Tickets for the evening section of DR. HORRIBLE/THE
GUILD/HUSBANDS are $20 and come with the traditional Whedonopolis interactive
goodie bag designed to encourage audience participation, with special
commemorative items and gifts from participating sponsors.  The Wonderflonium Pass, available for $40.00, gives access to the entire day of screenings, includes

the interactive goodie bag, plus a special commemorative poster and a complimentary drink and snack from the concession stand.
Tickets are on sale NOW at Whedonopolis.com - and remember, it’s
Halloween.  So feel free to slip on those gloves, snap on those
goggles and come as your favorite villan, hero, sidekick, henchman
or hammer... or anything else that might make the Bad Horse
gleeful.

Over the past 5
years, the Whedonopolis annual DR. HORRIBLE  screenings have raised over $31,000 for various charities. Previous screening celebrity guests have
included Joss Whedon, Nathan Fillion, Felicia Day, Alan Tudyk, Fran
Kranz, Jane Espenson, Brad Bell, Ben Edlund, Doug Jones, Georges Jeanty, Sandeep Parikh, and many, many more.
