Yoga Out Is a unique event you won't want to miss. Yoga and Walking-Is The blissful combination. Perfect opportunities to blend breathe, movement, mediation, and reflection. Approximately once a month we will venture onto a new path, a new challenge for the body and mind.
Our Practice- We will begin with a warming/opening Yoga practice outdoors. Please dress in layers just in case of chilly morning weather.
The Walk: is approximately one hour in length, moderate pace, and moderate fitness level depending on what direction we take. (2-4 miles). We will begin at Balboa Park with a morning yoga class then toss the mats and other yoga goodies back into our cars and take our walk right from there.
Bring: Weather appropriate Walking clothes –hike or sturdy walking shoes, etc., a daypack, water bottle, sunscreen, camera, etc. for walking.Warm blanket/yoga clothes/bolster for relaxation.
