Recreation and Parks Manager Speaks at Dog Park Meeting

Jon Kirk Mukri, general manager of the city of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, was at the meeting, and he presented Maryanne Brauer with the Best in Show trophy for winning top honors at the dog costume Contest.
