4 Injured When Auto Careens Off 101 Freeway in Tarzana
The car "made its own off-ramp," a traffic sergeant says.
Four men in their early 20s suffered serious injuries early Sunday when their sports car "flew off" the Ventura (101) Freeway in Tarzana and "made its own off-ramp," a traffic sergeant said.
The car was southbound on the Ventura Freeway at about 2:30 a.m. when it "flew off the freeway," at Lindley Avenue, said Sgt. Cameron Dunnet of the Los Angeles Police Department Valley Traffic Division.
"It went down the embankment, through a fence, through trees and landed upside down on Lindley," Dunnet said. All four men were ejected.
