9:01 p.m. Oxnard Street and Lankershim Boulevard, North Hollywood

9:11 p.m. Somewhere in South Los Angeles
An undercover LAPD Narcotics team is running an operation targeting illegal drug distribution in the area. They have been monitoring a place where they observed several people going inside a business location and possibly leaving with illicit drugs, sometimes openly using the stuff right after receiving.

Undercover officers observe a man and a woman enter the target site together. Upon an alleged purchase, the man and the woman exit the location, but for some reason, the man separates from the woman. The woman apparently has something in her hand, so the team waits until she is far away from the target site to pursue her, as the man escapes. The apprehending officers advise to the others that they stopped the woman, who allegedly tried to discard some drug evidence. But they caught her with "paper" (possibly LSD) in her mouth.

9:15 p.m. Reseda Boulevard and Devonshire Street, Northridge
Devonshire Division LAPD is called to the scene of a fight in the intersection. Several people are observed fighting each other after a "non-injury traffic accident." Patrol units are requested to respond "code 3" (with lights and sirens).

9:15 p.m. 4700 block of Haskell Avenue, Van Nuys
LAFD Light Force 88 and Rescue 83 are dispatched to the scene of a "poisoning."

9:19 p.m. Nordhoff Street and Sepulveda Boulevard, North Hills
Mission Division LAPD units are notified of a possible "hit-and-run" that just occurred near the intersection. A caller observed a "reckless driver" hit one utility pole, collide into another pole, and is attempting to flee the scene. Patrol units are requested to respond "code 3." This is a possible "DUI" (driving under the influence) incident.

9:26 p.m. 4200 block of Tiara Street, North Hollywood
LAFD Light Force 39 and Rescue 39 are called to help a person with "difficult respiration" at the residence.

9:30 p.m. 7200 block of Jordan Avenue, Chatsworth

11:00 p.m. 21500 block of Roscoe Boulevard, Canoga Park
Topanga Division LAPD patrol units are called to a "code 3" incident at the apartment complex. A caller reports seeing a 17- to 18-year-old female in the back of the complex, "screaming for someone to call the police."

11:02 p.m. 6600 block of Beck Avenue, North Hollywood
North Hollywood LAPD patrol units are called to the scene of a "415 woman" (a woman loudly arguing with somebody) that has escalated to a "battery suspect there now." The woman has allegedly assaulted someone at the residence.

11:06 p.m. 10800 block of Pala Avenue, Pacoima
Foothill Division LAPD patrol units are dispatched to a "415 man with a gun" call. Four to five drunk men are observed on the porch of house, but one of them is described as "wearing a black t-shirt and checkered shorts" and seen "waving a handgun in the air."

11:12 p.m. Sherman Way and Millwood Street, Canoga Park

LAFD Light Force 78 has arrived on the scene of a possible structure fire. After inspection, Light Force 78 radios Operations Command Dispatch (OCD) to cancel the response of the other fire units. The possible "structure fire at the 3-story garden-style apartments" is only a "barbecue."

11:25 p.m. In the hills of Studio City
OCD radios LAFD Rescue 78 for a new emergency call, but the ambulance crew advises the dispatcher that they will be delayed. They have "access issues" from their last incident.
