Police Blotter: An Assault With A Deadly Weapon, Burglaries and Thefts

Here's a round up of reported crimes in Encino from April 4-10.

The following crimes in Encino were reported to the Los Angeles Police Department from Feb. 27 to Mar. 6, as compiled by the Los Angeles Times.

A shoplifting (petty) was reported at 8:30 p.m. in the 16100 block of Ventura Boulevard.

A petty theft from vehicle was reported at 10:15 a.m. in the 17400 block of Ventura Boulevard.

A burglary was reported at 3 p.m.in the 4600 block of White Oak Place.

A petty theft from vehicle was reported at 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Zelzah Avenue and Burbank Boulevard.

Apr. 6

A grand theft from vehicle was reported at 5 p.m. in the 5800 block of Texhoma Avenue.

A burglary from vehicle was reported at 5 p.m. in the 15600 block of Dickens Street.

Apr. 7

A recovered vehicle and a stolen vehicle were reported at 2 a.m. in the 17300 block of Burbank Boulevard.

Apr. 8

A grand theft was reported at 10:30 a.m. in the 16800 block of Ventura Boulevard.

Apr. 9

A burglary from vehicle was reported at 8 p.m. at the intersection of Lindley and Killion.

Apr. 10

A burglary from vehicle was reported at 6:15 a.m. at the intersection of Burbank Boulevard and Balboa.

An assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 3:05 p.m. at the intersection of Sherman Oaks Avenue and Dickens Street.

A stolen vehicle was reported at 4 p.m. in the 16700 block of Ventura Boulevard.
