Police Blotter: Burglaries and Thefts

The following crimes in Encino were reported to the Los Angeles Police Department during November 29 to December 5, as compiled by the Los Angeles Times.

Nov. 29

A burglary was reported at 7 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2011, in the 5400 block of Zelzah Avenue.

Nov. 30

A petty theft from vehicle was reported at 5 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2011, in the 5400 block of Amestoy Avenue

A petty theft from vehicle was reported at 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2011, in the 4700 block of Orion Avenue

Dec. 1

A burglary from vehicle was reported at 1 a.m. in the 5900 block of Yarmouth Avenue.

A grand theft was reported at 11 a.m.  in the 5100 block of Zelzah Avenue.

Dec. 2

A burglary was reported at 3:15 p.m. in the 15900 block of High Knoll Road.

A grand theft was reported at 4:15 p.m. in the 17000 block of Ventura Boulevard.

Dec. 3

A petty theft was reported at 11:45 a.m. in the 5300 block of Balboa Boulevard.

A grand theft was reported at 1 p.m. in the 17400 block of Ventura Boulevard.

A petty theft from vehicle was reported at 9:30 p.m. in the 5900 block of Lindley Avenue.

Dec. 4

A petty theft from vehicle was reported at 5:30 p.m. in the 17800 block of Killion Street.

Dec. 5

A burglary was reported at 5:25 a.m. in the 17000 block of Ventura Boulevard.
