Property Crime Is Up in Encino and Lake Balboa

New LAPD figures indicate that a significant rise has taken place over the last week.

Crimes against property have risen significantly in recent days, triggering a crime alert, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The Times reported that "It [Encino] recorded 28 property crimes compared with its weekly average of 16.5 over the last three months."
