6:57 p.m. Hart Street and Lankershim Boulevard, North Hollywood
Report of a "business dispute" at the location.

6:59 p.m. 5500 block of Fulcher Avenue, Toluca Terrace
LAFD Engine 60 is dispatched to a fire alarm at the residence.

7:00 p.m. Whitsett Avenue and Weddington Street, North Hollywood
Report of vandalism in the area by multiple people seen with spray paint cans.

7:03 p.m. 17700 block of Lull Street, Lake Balboa
LAFD's Rescue 100 is dispatched to a patient with a "heart problem."

7:04 p.m. 5200 block of Cahuenga Boulevard, North Hollywood
LAPD patrol unit is requested to respond to a report of a "screaming child" at the residence.

7:08 p.m. 5500 block of Fulcher Avenue, Toluca Terrace
LAFD Light Force 60 has arrived on the scene of the fire alarm. After finding the location of the tripped alarm, they discover that there is no fire. It is just "food on the stove."

7:15 p.m. 11600 block of Oxnard Street, North Hollywood
A possible "grand theft auto suspect" is observed to be still at the scene by the person reporting. The alleged car thief is inside a black Ford SUV or Jeep. Air 10, the LAPD helicopter, is responding to assist from above, and a North Hollywood patrol car, "Adam 39" is on the way. The person reporting over the phone reports seeing the possible perpetrator enter through a rear door, and setting off the car alarm.

7:23 p.m. Several patrol units have responded to the call and are now at the scene. The first responding unit radios to the dispatcher that they have the possible "GTA suspect" in custody.

7:35 p.m. Fallbrook Avenue and Oxnard Street, Canoga Park
Report of a "shooting just occurred." The reporting person also heard the sound of a "car speeding off." LAPD units are dispatched for a "code 3" (lights and sirens, emergency situation) response.

7:35 p.m. Vineland Avenue and Ventura Boulevard, Studio City
LAFD Engine 86 and Rescue 60 are sent to a call for "difficult respiration" at the intersection.

7:41 p.m.
Fallbrook Avenue and Oxnard Street, Canoga Park
An LAPD Topanga patrol unit is now at the scene of the possible shooting.

7:42 p.m. 15031 Rinaldi Street, Mission Hills
LAFD Light Force 75 is dispatched to a stuck elevator at Holy Cross Hospital. The elevator is located next to the surgery department.

7:42 p.m.
1500 block of South Beverly Drive, Beverlywood
LAFD Task Force 58 is on the scene of a fire alarm call at the 4-story apartment building and they see no fire or smoke showing. Operations Command Dispatch (OCD) radios the units still on the way to proceed, but with a "non-emergency response."

7:45 p.m. The firefighters have made their way to the residence unit where the alarm initiated. They radio back to all the responding units and OCD that it is just "food on the stove."

7:48 p.m.
11600 block of Victory Boulevard, North Hollywood
Report of domestic violence at the apartment complex. LAPD patrol unit is dispatched for a "code 2 response" (without lights and sirens).

7:51 p.m. Borden Avenue and Van Nuys Boulevard, Pacoima
LAFD Engine 98 and ambulance are called to a traffic accident at the intersection.

7:52 p.m. LAPD Valley Traffic units are called the scene of the traffic accident at Borden Avenue and Van Nuys Boulevard.

7:57 p.m.
11600 block of Victory Boulevard, North Hollywood
LAPD receives another call from the apartment unit, and the alleged domestic violence suspect is now threatening the victim with bodily harm.

8:00 p.m. LAPD North Hollywood units have arrived at the apartment complex. They radio the dispatcher to phone the person reporting to come outside and open the security gate. The electronic entry system doesn't work.

8:04 p.m. Ventura Boulevard and Vineland Avenue, Studio City
LAFD Engine 86 is called to respond to a "person down" in the alley behind Ventura Boulevard, near Bluffside Drive.

8:08 p.m. Victory Boulevard and Valley Circle, Woodland Hills
LAFD Task Force 105 is dispatched to investigate smoke in the area. After looking around the location for the possible fire sources, Task Force 105 determines that there is no incident of a fire. They tell OCD that they observed "a large cloud over on the Ventura County side" that may have been possibly mistaken for a loom of smoke rising from a fire.

8:09 p.m.
12000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, North Hollywood
LAFD Engine 77 is called to respond to the person with "chest pains," at the pay phone.

8:10 p.m. Engine 77 has arrived at the scene and calls for an Advanced Life Support ambulance. OCD dispatches Rescue 86.

8:18 p.m. 11400 block of Oxnard Street, North Hollywood
LAFD Rescue 860 is dispatched to the apartment building for a choking victim.

8:20 p.m. 5000 block of Cartwright Avenue, North Hollywood
LAPD patrol unit is requested to the annoyance call for "loud drums" at the residence.

8:21 p.m. 6200 block of Kraft Even, North Hollywood
LAPD receive a complaint about a "juvenile group" creating a disturbance in the area.

8:22 p.m.
Strathern Street and Tujunga Avenue, North Hollywood/Sun Valley border
An LAFD rescue ambulance is called to an injury traffic accident at the intersection.

8:25 p.m. Osborne Street and Laurel Canyon Boulevard, Pacoima
Report of a possible robbery at the California Deli Mart. The person reporting has observed a possibly drunk man, who is wearing a "gray muscle t-shirt and blue jeans, and is fighting with the manager inside the store." LAPD Foothill Division units are called to respond "code 3."

8:30 p.m. LAPD is at the scene, and radio the dispatcher that the incident is a "verbal dispute only."

8:33 p.m. In the Topanga Division, San Fernando Valley
An LAPD patrol unit has found a man "conscious but breathing, bleeding from a head injury." They request a rescue ambulance to the scene.
