This call is related to the initial Fair Avenue and Cumpston Street "screaming woman" call. North Hollywood Division Patrol units receive additional information from another caller witnessing the incident. The caller informs that "the victim was probably dragged into her apartment by an unknown person."

2:09 a.m.  6800 block of Kester Avenue, Van Nuys

LAFD dispatches an available engine to the scene of a person with "chest pains."

2:09 a.m.  Fair Avenue and Cumpston Street, North Hollywood

A North Hollywood LAPD patrol unit has arrived on the scene and reports to the dispatcher, "code 4 on Fair and Cumpston. Suspect is in custody." (A "Code 4" signals other responding police units that the incident is now under control, and no additional patrol units need respond.)

2:15 a.m.  Sunland Boulevard and Wheatland Avenue, Sun Valley

An LAPD Valley Traffic Division patrol unit is called to the scene of an "ambulance/traffic" call. There is an injury traffic accident at the intersection.

2:19 a.m. on Etiwanda Avenue, Northridge

West Valley and Devonshire Division LAPD patrol units are informed about a "415 man in a vehicle" (a possible road rage situation) traveling on Etiwanda. The alleged road rage suspect is driving a "white BMW, 4-door." The driver is reported to have been following a car with female occupants and harrassing them. The patrol units are given the information, but are not directed to immediately pursue the driver of the BMW. The police have received the license plate information from the caller, and know his address of residence.

2:20 a.m.  11200 block of Collett Avenue, Granada Hills

Devonshire Division LAPD patrol units are updated on the "415 woman" call (a woman creating a disturbance) at the address. The units are now responding to an "attempted suicide" call. The person reporting states that the woman is "bi-polar," and wants to kill herself, possibly through "suicide by cops." The caller also reports that she is lying in the middle of the street. The patrol units are advised to respond, "code 3."

2:23 a.m.  11200 block of Collett Avenue, Granada Hills

Two Devonshire Division LAPD patrol units are now responding to the address and given a description of the suicidal woman. She is "a female, white, 25 years old, reddish-brown hair, short sleeve shirt and blue jeans."

2:26 a.m.  11200 block of Collett Avenue, Granada Hills

The dispatcher radios to the Devonshire patrol units, "Any Devonshire units, code Sam, code Tom." ("Code Tom" is a request for a unit with a Taser device, "code Sam" is an unfamiliar radio code.)

2:27 a.m.  on the streets of North Hollywood

A North Hollywood Division LAPD patrol unit has come upon an impaired woman, "30 years of age, conscious and breathing." The patrol officer reports the woman is possibly suffering from "alcohol intoxication" and requests an ambulance.

2:29 a.m.  Louise Avenue and Lassen Street, Northridge

LAFD's Engine 87 and Rescue 87 are called to the scene of a "woman down" in the intersection.

2:30 a.m.  5500 block of Bonner Avenue, North Hollywood

LAFD is called to the scene of an "overdose" at the location. (It is unclear if this is connected to the earlier "screaming woman" call.)

2:33 a.m.  11200 block of Collett Avenue, Granada Hills

A Devonshire Division LAPD patrol unit radios dispatch that they have two people in custody at the Collett location. (It is unknown why there is a second person involved in the incident. It started as a woman creating a disturbance.)
