Singer Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty in DUI Case

Brown is also charged with refusing to take a chemical test and driving on a restricted license due to alcohol or drugs.

Singer Bobby Brown pleaded not guilty Friday through an attorney to three charges stemming from his arrest last month in Tarzana.

Brown is charged with one count each of driving under the influence with a prior conviction and refusing to take a chemical test, driving on a restricted license due to alcohol or drugs and driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

The charges stem from Brown's arrest about 1 a.m. Oct. 25, in which police said an officer observed Brown's Acura sedan being driven erratically in the area of Ventura Boulevard and Corbin Avenue. He was released from jail at about 3:55 a.m. that day.
