Police will charge both men with murder and attempted murder

Two men were arrested in connection with the shooting that left one man dead and another wounded at a park in Woodland Hills, police announced today.

Jonathan Cuzal, 23, and 22-year-old David Castro Jr., both of Encino,
were arrested for their alleged involvement in the killing and attempted

``Uniformed patrol officers...were flagged down by a citizen who
directed them to two shooting victims,'' Baek said. ``Upon their arrival they
saw a male black going in and out of consciousness lying on the sidewalk...the
officers were then directed to an additional victim who was located in the
middle of the park located just yards away.''

The man, 23-year-old Justin Cash of San Fernando Valley, had sustained a
single gunshot wound, Baek said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The first victim, identified as 30-year-old Joshman White, also of San
Fernando Valley, suffered multiple gunshot wounds, Baek said. He was taken to a
hospital and is expected to survive.
