West Valley LAPD Warns of 'Phone Call' Burglaries South of Ventura Blvd.

Once the suspects locate a home in which the residents don't answer the phone, they smash doors and windows to gain entry to the home, according to the LAPD. Check out the West Valley Division's Facebook page post below for more info.
