Berman and Brownley Win Decisively
Dem. Howard Berman and State Assemblywoman Julia Brownley have been reelected.
Dem. Howard Berman has won a 15th term representing Encino and other communities in the 28th congressional district with nearly 70 percent of the vote.
State Assemblywoman Julia Brownley garnered nearly 60 percent of the votes in the 41st District race for the California State Assembly.
