Can the City Attorney Protect Homeowners From Eviction by Banks After Foreclosures?

City Attorney incumbent Carmen Trutanich and his challenger Mike Feuer seek public support in Encino.

The Encino Neighborhood Council hosted a candidates’ forum Wednesday night for City Attorney incumbent Carmen Trutanich and his challenger, Assemblyman Mike Feuer.

Held in the auditorium of the Encino Community Center following the monthly board meeting of the ENC, the forum attracted about 100 people and was moderated by Rob Glushon, a past president of the Encino Neighborhood Council.

This is the third in a series of videos from the candidates' forum in the run-up to the May 21 elections for City Attorney. In the video, the two candidates explain how the City Attorney can protect homeowners from eviction by banks following a foreclosure.
