The Energy Upgrade Program in Los Angeles County (EUCA) will host an open house event for the community to showcase a completed home energy makeover for one of the five winners of the Home Energy Makeover Contest. The Dobbs family received improvements installed by SoCal Remodeling valued at about $10,000 and will result in energy savings of 40% or more. The EUCA program provides homeowners who make energy-saving home improvements with rebates and incentives of up to $8,000.
