'Real Housewife' Kyle Richards Tweets Photo of Her Electric-Current Facial in Encino [PHOTO]

The reality T.V. star's picture shows her getting an usual beauty treatment at Carina's Facial Studio.

Kyle Richards, who stars in the reality television series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, tweeted a photo Saturday showing her getting an electric current facial at Carina's Facial Studio in Encino, according to British newspaper the Daily Mail.

Natalie Tanijian of Carina's Facial Studio told Patch that the "electric current facial" is effective because "the electricity helps the vitamins and minerals you apply penetrate the dermis level of the skin and also stimulates the facial muscles."

The facial lasts for an hour and ten minutes, says Tanijian, and also includes a micro-dermabrasion to get rid of dead skin.

"At first they're scared," said Tanijian of customers who view photos of the electric current facial, "but usually what happens is that people who get the facial don't see what it looks like unless they take a picture."

She adds that customers can't even really feel the electricity.

"It's just a tingling in your mouth," said Tanijian.
