Tarzana Neighborhood Council to Discuss Sidewalk Repairs, Mayor’s Budget Survey

The Tarzana Neighborhood Council is scheduled to meet Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at Tarzana Elementary School on 5726 Topeka Drive.

Among the items up for discussions are:

  • Report by Erik Rodriquez, Field Representative for Assemblymember Bob Blumenfield on Assembly Bill 22 (Sidewalk Repairs) that would require a city or county to seek local voter approval before repealing an ordinance requiring that City or county to repair sidewalks that are damaged as a result of tree root growth.
  • Report by Budget Advocate, Jon Reich, on the status of the Mayor’s Budget Survey.
