People change over the years and—for better or for worse—the old you is fascinating.
So here’s a game you can play.
Ask employees to bring you pictures of themselves as children. Label them with a number and, over a few days or weeks, have them guess who’s who in a pre-printed form.
The winner can get a certificate, or even a photo session at a local studio, but you can’t put a price on the gains your company will reap.
Employees will go in, talk, learn about each others’ upbringing and values. The youngins will even do what was once impossible—strike up conversations with the old folks.
