Run for the Kids 5K and Kids Run

Irving B. Deutschman Foundation For Children’s Cancer Research is holding its first annual Run for the Kids 5k and Kids Run, on July 8, 2012 at 8:00 am at Woodley Park, 6330 Woodley Avenue, Encino. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to attend the race which is being hosted to raise funds to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and St. Judes Children's Hospital. 

The Irving B. Deutschman Foundation raises funds exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes towards the cure and treatment of childhood cancer.

Participants can pick up their packets on Saturday, July 7th at Sports Authority Elite at the Topanga Mall from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.  Race Day packet pick-up begins at 6:30 am.  Registration forms can be found online at www.lgracemgt.com and online registration is available at www.active.com.   Awards ceremony to follow the race.  Awards are given to the first three finishers in each age division and all kids run participants.  Post-event celebration also includes a raffle.
