LAPD Topanga station welcomes visitors for native plant garden tour

Come and visit the beautiful new native plant garden at the LAPD Topanga station on Saturday, April 6, when it's showcased on the Theodore Payne Native Plant Garden Tour.

On Saturday, April 6, the LAPD Topanga station will welcome visitors from around Southern California who are touring the showcase gardens on the annual Theodore Payne Foundation Native Plant Garden Tour.

For a map to all the gardens on this year's tour, visit www.nativeplantgardentour.org. Tickets for the two-day self-guided tour are $15.00.

But Valley residents are always welcome to drop by the Topanga station and see the native plant landscape, no tickets required. On Saturday, docents Susan and Ed Klenner and Terry Valdez will be there to show you around between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Interested in volunteering to help? Talk to Susan, Ed and Terry, or call Sgt. Tom Mason in the Community Relations office, 818-756-3180.
