Emelita Street Elementary School
<p>LAUSD's Emelita Street Elementary School serves students K-5 in the Encino area. Principal Mayorga often offers early-rising parents the opportunity to chat over coffee in the library.</p> <p>The PTA is very active in fundraising and in providing the school with additional resources and equipment not provided by the district. It hosts book fairs, yard sales, movie nights and picnic days.</p>
