LAFD Fire Station No. 83

<p>RRM Design Group designed Los Angeles Fire Station No. 83 in Encino for program space requirements, space adjacencies and operational requirements. At the cost of $4.35 million, the new three-company 14,899-square-foot fire station replaced an obsolete single-company station nearby.</p> <p>This was the second Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified fire station project under the city's fire bond program.</p>
