Larsen's Steakhouse is a traditional style steakhouse on the second level of Encino Place. Mostly USDA Prime corn-fed beef is served here. A skilled butcher at Larsen's also ages its beef in a specialized environment for four to eight weeks. The steaks are then slow-cooked to order. For lunch, several sandwiches and burgers are available, along with steak, chicken and some seafood. For dinner, more seafood is available, including swordfish, lobster tail and Chilean sea bass. A variety of sides are available to go with the meat dishes, including creamy garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, fries, rice and salads. The dining room is accented with dark woods and white tablecloths and with a piano in the corner for nightly live music. The full bar has tables for eating and three TVs for sporting events or news. Outside, there is a large patio with cushioned seating and tables.
