The Stand
The Stand has four locations in Southern California, and the Encino site, established in 2004, is on Ventura Boulevard. just west of Genesta Avenue. It is a classic American food diner that specializes in hot dogs, sausages, burgers and chicken. It has a breakfast menu and offers eat-in, phone-in, catering, delivery and take-out. On Mondays there is a dollar hot dog night from 5pm until closing. There is also live entertainment.
