Communication has been delivered through rumors and was inaccurate from beginning. LA Department of Rec and Parks has been communicating with AYSO from the start.
AS FAR AS I KNOW
The delay affects only non-permitted groups who have many other parks to play in across the valley. Permitted groups have been relocated during the project.
