Marianne Love, a New Jersey transplant, has been in journalism since 1994 when she graduated California State University, Northridge. She has covered every kind of story there is, but mostly concentrated on city government, crime and courts. In 2002 and 2004, Marianne took second place in the Los Angeles Press Club hard news category and also received the third place award in the hard news category from the Los Angeles Press Club and Society of Professional Journalism, Inland Valley Chapter in 2006. She was also selected four times as top newsroom reporter for the San Gabriel Valley Tribune where she worked for six years. Marianne lives in Porter Ranch.
